4.Eat Light,have a healthy diet.
5.Exercise be fit clean and healthy
6.Practice Pranayama -Serious practice.
7.Imagine the body is light and getting light as you Meditate.
8.Develop Self Control.
9.Learn to speak and think properly and correctly.
10.Accept yourself in the present moment.
11.Try to levitate lying down also.
